Silver gelatin print on large vintage alarm clock crystal.

Adapted brass and copper alarm clock manufactured by ‘Kaiser’ in Western Germany, 1950s. (Not functional)

(approx. 250x180mm, 80mm depth)

Made by coating the surface of the clock crystal with liquid emulsion - a vintage 1960s 35mm negative of a topless woman exposed upon it. The crystal was then developed as you would a print in the darkroom.
